How to Play Rummikub

Welcome to Rummikub, the classic tile-matching game of skill and strategy! The goal is simple: be the first player to place all the tiles from your rack onto the table. You can play against the computer or with 2, 3, or 4 players.

To play, you must form groups of tiles called 'sets' or 'runs'. A 'run' is a sequence of three or more tiles of the same color (e.g., a red 5, 6, and 7). A 'set' is composed of three or four tiles of the same number, but each in a different color (e.g., a blue 8, a red 8, and a black 8).

Your first move, known as the 'initial meld', must consist of one or more sets or runs with a total value of at least 30 points. If you can't make this move, you must draw a new tile from the pool and end your turn.

Once you've made your initial meld, on subsequent turns you can add tiles to existing sets on the table, or even rearrange them to create new opportunities for your own tiles. If you can't play a tile, you must draw one. The first player to clear their rack wins the game!
